We at Round Up For Charity recognize and respect the importance of keeping your information secure and being transparent about how we use your personal information. 

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our Product.   Please read this Policy carefully.   This Policy applies to all information collected through our website, app, and any related services, sales, marketing, or events (collectively, the “Product”). 

By using, accessing, or purchasing from our Product, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.  If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, you must immediately stop using our Product.           


What information do we collect?

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Information” includes the voluntary personal information, account information, user content, device information, and third-party information we receive as described in this policy.


Information you provide to us:

Voluntary Personal Information.  We collect certain information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when registering an account, making a purchase, or sending us messages.  This information may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, user name, and any other information you voluntarily provide.


Account Information.  When you download our Product or you make a gift using our Product, we collect your Voluntary Personal Information, shipping address, billing address, payment information, gift amount, gift recipient, and past gifts.  


Device Information. When you interact with our Product, we automatically collect certain information about the device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on the device.   


Information we may receive from a third-party:

We may receive information from a third-party, such as public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and others. 


Other information we may collect from you:

Cookies.  We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to recognize your browser, recognize your device, recognize when you sign in to our Product or when you add a gift to your shopping cart, enhance your user experience, to place items in your cart, save your cart for future visits, and make it easier for you to navigate our Product.  We also use cookies to detect and prevent fraud, conduct research and diagnostics, improve our security, and deliver content (including ads) relevant to your interests.  For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit

User Content metadata.  We may use metadata to communicate with you, such as through account verification, purchase confirmation, newsletters, promotions, special offers.   


Log Files.  We use log files to track actions occurring on the Product. Your log file data includes your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.  

How do we use your information? 

We use your Personal Information for a variety of legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • To create and manage a user account on our Product

  • To fulfill your order, process your payment, and delivery your products

  • To deliver targeted advertising to you, send you marketing and promotional communications, and request feedback, in accordance with the preferences you have shared with us

How do we share your Personal Information? 

General.  We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

  • When you consent for us to use your personal information for a specific purpose.

  • When we have a legitimate business interest.

  • When we use other third-party providers for user authentication verification, to analyze customer behavior, and to engage in targeted remarketing. 

  • When we are legally required to do so by law, regulation, court order, legal process, subpoena, judicial proceeding, or similar process

  • When we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or respond to a potential violation of our policies, suspected fraud, potential threats to the safety of people or places, potential illegal activity, or evidence in litigation in which we are involved.


Changes in Business Structure.  We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.


Third-Party Providers.  We may share your Personal Information with vendors, service providers, consultants, contractors, and agents who perform services for us or on our behalf.  We may allow third parties to use tracking technology on our Product to analyze how you interact with the Product over time. 


Unless otherwise described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your Personal Information for third-party promotional purposes.

California Residents 

California law permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.

California residents.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request the removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided in the Contact Us section, below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems. 


Nevada Residents

If you are a resident of Nevada, you may request we limit the sale of certain personal information to third parties for resale or licensing purposes.  You are entitled to register your preference for limits on such sales in the future by contacting us. 

Please contact us via e-mail with the subject line, "Nevada Do Not Sell Request".  You must include your first and last name, zip code, the e-mail address connected to your account, or, if you have terminated your account, then the e-mail address connected to your terminated account.  We reserve the right to require further information to verify you are a Nevada resident.

EU Residents and Non-Residents of the United States of America

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. 

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Product), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including Canada and the United States. 

If you are a resident of the European Union or any country other than the United States of American, then by accessing, using, and submitting information to our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our privacy practices.  If you do not want your information to be transferred to, processed, or maintained outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, you should not use our Services.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Product, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.  We will not, however, delete any information that is necessary for us to maintain our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements with you.

If we no longer need your information, we will generally delete or de-identify it in accordance with our standard data retention practices.  There may be technical or operational reasons that prevent us from fully deleting or de-identifying your information, such as where your information has been archived onto back-up systems.


Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of your Personal Information that we possess or store.  We cannot guarantee the complete security of any internet transmitted or stored via the internet.  Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, the transmission of your Personal Information to and from our Product is at your own risk.  You should take appropriate steps to secure your device and only access our Product from a secured device that you trust. 

Protecting Children’s Privacy Online:

Our Product is not intended to be used by individuals under the age of thirteen (13).  We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.  If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will inform you by updating the date at the top of this policy.  You should regularly review this page to see if our Privacy Policy has changed.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify or update this Policy from time to time.  Therefore, you should periodically review this Policy.  When we make any material changes, we will update the “effective date” of the Policy.
